How to: Save a MS query in Excel.
Solution:
Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save Query'. Complete the 'Save as' information if it is the first save for the query.
1) Select the MS Query 'File' menu and select 'Save Query'. (Microsoft Query displays the Save As dialog box.)
2) Select the QRY File in the 'File Name' list box.
3) Use the 'Directories' and 'Drives' to select another disk or directory in which to save the query, if necessary.
4) Click 'OK'.
